Introduction

I wanted to write an article about the illegal and monstrous methods used by Western democracies to stop, coerce, punish, and experiment on, people. But this also requires some context. Why does this happen, what are the goals. So here is the context in bullet points:

Western democracy is a U.S. military mind control program;
In Western democracies people are stopped, coerced, punished, using secret torture in their habitat (living environment);
The torture is often maximum unprovable (clean) psychological torture and physical torture;
Directed Energy Weapons are tools used for physical torture, Neuro Weapons are tools used for psychological torture;
Gang Stalking, or, the Targeted Individuals program = MK-Ultra style "Trauma-based mind control", often using maximum torture;
Many people targeted these ways become experiments for new weapons development;
Survivors are attacked until they die;
The internet exposed the lies and horrors of Western democracy;
This is all hidden under counter-terrorism and mental health systems;
The goal is to enslave everyone by connecting them to the 'cognitive warfare' system, a mind prison for everyone;
We are much closer to this then you think;

1/ What many people do not (want to) understand is that we are at the end-of-the-line, meaning: we are approaching the-end-of-humanity-as-we-know-it. The Western New World Order, using their tech overlord puppets, is replacing us with AI, that is why they need all these datacenters.
2/ Today, governments are only here to introduce digital ids and other new control mechanisms. They have the technology to remotely control your brain (read/write) and attack your body (disrupt, damage).
3/ They have been working on this for decades. Many people have written about this and call this The End Game: There will only be an elite (the gods), technicians and some slaves.
4/ They already have all your data in real-time: location, contacts, health, DNA, how you live, how you spend your money. And now they are connecting your brain to their Cognitive Warfare computers.
5/ THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY. Surveillance will be increased, your thoughts no longer private, your free will manipulated. The technology has been tested for 30+ years on many people. The result will be a mind prison for everyone.
6/ Finally, to all the people participating in one way or the other in domestic counter-terrorism: You are part of the system that is destroying our beautiful world, you are destroying the future of humanity, the future of the children of the world.

About the term 'Gang Stalking'

It is now 2026 and the term Gang Stalking, or Gangstalking, is still being used to discredit victims of the most heinous crimes in history. There is nothing wrong with the term Gang Stalking. When you get attacked (out of the blue) in the beginning, you notice that there are many people involved, and they all seem to work together somehow. Yes, like a gang. It is only after a few months, or sometimes even years, that you understand that this is not just some gang, but that these are government agencies, their contractors, and people they involve. From that moment on, terms like (State Sponsored) Organized Stalking seem more appropriate. The last decade, Gang Stalking, or the Targeted Individuals program, is also often used to describe attacks, torture, and human experimentation, with Directed Energy, and Neurotechnology weaponry. This may cause some confusion but that's the way it is. In the Personal notes below, I write more about the beginning of the attacks on me, and why I was totally confused about who was doing this to me.

Trauma-based mind control

If, for whatever reason (stop, punish, coerce, personal vendettas, human experimentation) you become a target, you will be, in most cases, subjected, in secret, to "trauma-based mind control". This is in many ways just like MK-Ultra, but now this is being done in your habitat (living environment), using the most advanced maximum psychological and physical torture methods, which can include directed energy and neurotechnology weaponry. The aim is to break down an individual’s psychological defenses and reshape behavior, perception, and emotional responses. This is also about creating split personalities, where they control one of the personalities. Think of the mass-shootings. They do not murder you, they want you to give up yourself. But everything else is allowed. In the Netherlands the government calls this: "Leading you to a care and/or judicial process / Guiding you to care and/or risk reduction.". Meaning labeling you with mental problems like psychosis (or worst), or a criminal record by making you to commit a (constructed) crime. Of course, they do not mention the methods that are used, human rights and treaties against torture mean nothing. And you cannot fight this because it is a state secret. This is how the system works in Western democracies. This has been going on for many decades but finally has been exposed by the internet where victims, the survivors of these crimes, put their stories online. Once hell broke loose in May 2000, they already did not let me sleep for months and all my senses were overloaded and I said to a friend: "They want to get into my head, I am fighting to keep them out." That is how it felt. In other countries they come to your home, take you to jail, and punish, torture, you there, often you are released after some time and this is, most of the time, all in the open. I do not say this is better, but it seems more honest.

The internet created a massive problem for the security systems in Western democracies because the survivors of all this cruelty, started publishing their stories online. Despite all attempts to prevent them from doing this. They called themselves Targeted Individuals. They connected, and some started human rights organizations. Yes, TI (Targeted Individual) organizations are human rights organizations. While they cannot solve the problems, they are here to educate and support victims. Targeted Individuals are survivors, because the majority of people that are attacked these ways, end up either in mental institutions or in prison. Many commit suicide, even after years of targeting, as they cannot stand the 24/7 torture anymore, which in many cases aims the total destruction of your life. The survivors are a threat to the system because they expose what is wrong with the system. Because most are used as experiments for new weapons developements, they also expose what is the system is working on, And today they are connecting what the system has in mind for everyone. This means, that when you do not fully collapse, you remain a danger to the system and the attacks will go on and on, year after year, and never stop. Beyond imagination cruelty.

Many psychologists and psychiatrists never touch the subject of government abuse, but instead co-operate with the system. In Western democracies, far more than other countries, perception is driven by narrative, spread by the government, politicians, and promoted by state-sponsored NGOs and 'experts': "We respect human rights, we do not torture, we are the good guys, other countries are bad." This worked for many decades but is now (finally) exposed by the internet. Western democracy forces governments, politicians, etc. to lie, because it is a lie. Western democracy was never a democracy as in ruled by the people. It aims to keep the elites in power, just as in other countries. They never respected human rights, they always tortured, and they always have been stealing. And today, while knowing that more and more people are waking up and understand this, they continue preaching the same things as 30 years ago, because they do not know what else to do. The only thing they can think of is more repression, but this is not really working very well.

The key take-away is: All Western democracies use "trauma-based mind control" identical to MK-Ultra, only the torture methods changed. Maximum psychological torture, and for 30+ years they also use directed energy and neurotechnology weaponry. The aim is to break down an individual’s psychological defenses and reshape behavior, perception, and emotional responses. Most people that are attacked these ways end up labeled mentally ill (sometimes kept hostage in mental institutions), or with a criminal record (sometimes serving time in prison). What they do to Targeted Individuals is a continuation of MK-Ultra. We knew this already but it is good to understand this. Surviving means in many cases that this goes on and on, year after year. You cannot fight this because this is a state secret. And because it never stops, this also means that you can never recover from this. Beyond imagination cruelty. Again, the summary is: Gang Stalking or the Targeted Individuals-program = (remote) MK-Ultra, nothing ever changed.

Background

The reasons: Cognitive warfare = A mind prison for everyone

Why me? What happened? I was put on a list because someone did not like me, they probably needed people on this list, it was the end of the 1990s, they were preparing for much more control. In the beginning I was manipulated and provoked to do all kinds of things that you normally would not do. I just had to be eliminated, meaning institutionalized, labeled with mental health issues, or a criminal record. When I survived these first attacks I became an experiment for Directed Energy Weapons testing and a few years later also for Neuro Weapons testing. Somehow I seem very important to them, this never changed. There are always people around me, I am always attacked, also with this weaponry, wherever I go. I do not know the exact reason, can only speculate. Maybe it is because I survived everything and write about it. Typically, I always delayed writing about new torture methods I was subjected to for at least one year, because they go 'nuts' when you write down everything immediately. But I certainly give them a lot of information, feedback, ...

But probably it is this simple. They use, need, many different, almost random, people to see how they respond to al kinds of disruptions, horrific experimentation, torture. With all this information they build a database for their Cognitive Warfare systems, read: the People Control System. Then they use this, with AI, to manipulate, eliminate, new matching persons. They already have all your data, now they are coming for your brain. Everything automated, mass mind control. A mind prison for everyone. This looks very much like in the film the Matrix. And this also means that being selected can be as simple as being at the "wrong time" at the "wrong place".

AI on how the military would organize weapons testing today to avoid another MK-Ultra scandal

Get Ready for the Thought Police

UNESCO, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, has highlighted concerns regarding the loss of our cognitive liberty due to advancements in neurotechnology and AI. This is about the loss of our privacy of thoughts and our free will, with BCI's (Brain Computer Interfaces) which can be as small as earphones. They called on governments to warn the public about this but so far governments did nothing to inform their citizens.

In the Netherlands, the Ministry of Justice and Security ordered a report Opportunities and Risks of the Application of Neurotechnology in Criminal Justice (PDF). Original in Dutch (PDF). This is about the use of neurotechnologies for: 1. Investigation and truth-finding; 2. Risk assessment, and 3. Intervention. The report also mentions: "... it is important that the Netherlands develops its own vision on the application of neurotechnology in the justice and security domain, which is also tailored to Dutch criminal law. Ideally, this process already takes place while research into and development of neurotechnology is taking place ...", which probably means they are experimenting with this on people already. Am I part of this experiment? No idea, but it would not surprise me.

Of course this is not unique for the Netherlands, all Western democracies, and many other countries, are working on this.

Who is involved in doing this

In Western democracies, all this is hidden under counter-terrorism and (mental) health systems. Counter-terrorism was never meant to protect us from Muslim terrorists (how many terrorist are there?) but to control the population. Although I do not want to speculate about who is organizing this and pushing the buttons of the weapons, it appears there is enough evidence that the domestic COINTELPRO / counter-terrorism activities, sometimes referred to as "surveillance harrassment", are carried out by national police, intelligence agencies and parts of the military. It is very well possible, likely, that foreign agencies and military (in Europe CIA, MOSSAD, MI6, NATO, ...), contractors, are involved, to reduce, avoid, accountability. This is how the system works in Western democracies: Outsource sensitive activities to private and foreign companies. In contrast, in countries like Russia and China, everything is done by state-owned organizations. Concerning directed energy and neurotechnology weaponry, It is very well possible that national agencies or their contractors, install surveillance (!) equipment that comes with a (secret) dual-use attack function. As most of these devices can be controlled remotely, the attackers can be anywhere on the planet. Or, the surveillance data is passed without filtering to other, foreign partners, who use this information to aim their attack devices.

Whatever, many people working for police, intelligence agencies, the military, the department of Justice, other people working for the government, know exactly what is going on ... and they did and do nothing to stop these attrocities ...

In the Netherlands, the Dutch intelligence agencies oversight committee CTIVD, concluded that surveillance data is passed to foreign partners and that the Dutch intelligence agencies have no idea how this data is being used. The contracts of intelligence agencies and military with these foreign partners are in most cases state secret.

In October 2026, the directors of the intelligence agencies AIVD (homeland) and MIVD (military) announced that they would share less data with the United States and more with Europe. "We are very vigilant about the politicization of our intelligence and about human rights violations", said Akerboom, director of the AIVD. Sure.

Something is very wrong with all people working in domestic counter-terrorism

In the past, all these people could hide behind ignorance (Wir haben es nicht gewußt), with the internet this is no longer possible. All these people know that what they do is illegal and against the law, and that they may as well attack totally innocent people and cause immense suffering. STILL, THEY CONTINUE. This not only says everything about the state of the rule of law in Western democracies, it also says everything about the people working in domestic security systems. There is something very wrong with all (!) these people. They pretend to have a life, to have an important job, but instead their work consists of illegal activities, destroying lives of often innocent people, in number of cases even causing their deaths. All these people end up with twisted minds, if they were not twisted to begin with.

PNAC, 9/11, the war for the world, and the last battle

The Western elites were losing control in the 1990s and knew the internet was coming. They also knew that the unipolar world, them controlling the world, would come to an end if they did nothing. In the United States PNAC, the Project for the New American Century, a neoconservative think tank, was established in 1997. So 9/11 was created, which can be regarded as the start of the war for the (resources of the) world. Western countries introduced laws with extensive new capabilities for law enforcement and intelligence agencies. They said this was necessary to protect us from Muslim terrorism but very soon this shifted to extremists, whistleblowers, people opposing the government. In 2007, former U.S. Army General Wesley Clark mentioned a post-9/11 Pentagon strategy: "We are going to take out 7 countries in 5 years: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and finishing it off with Iran." Today we are in the middle of "the last battle".

The elites want privacy and control to protect themselves. They are the ones pushing the surveillance state towards an Orwellian nightmare using their tech overlord puppets. Many Western governments are introducing mechanisms to re-socialize citizens that oppose their narrative. This looks very much like 1984's Ministry Of Love. Governments are only here to introduce new control mechanisms like digital Ids.

The catalist for almost all major events in the world the last 150 years has been Zionism. A group of people using a belief, religeon, to fulfill the following goals:

The Greater Israel, the land between the Euphrate and the Nile, and,
A world government run from Jerusalem (Zion).

The latter is to be established by creating chaos in the world, and then the Messiah, by some called the anti-christ, will come.

There are many people claiming this a conspiracy theory but we better take this very serious. I have written in another article about the fact that the Jews, Zionists, do not recognize Roman-Catholic Jesus as the Messiah. They have their own agenda.

Why big part of the elites lost their powers

The elites wanted much more powers for the security systems to protect themselves in the internet era. For many elites this was not a smart move. The most powerful security systems, led by the UK, the United States, and Israel, separated and grabbed power everywhere with their unwarranted surveillance capabilities, and the advanced weaponry they control. They can read thoughts, induce thoughts (and voices), and manipulate (affect, damage) any part of the body. They can attack from a distance and through-wall, all without leaving evidence. Closing the doors of your home does not protect you. For decades this weaponry has been kept a secret. The only information available were the stories of people calling themselves Targeted Individuals. They were "contained" by the system by ignoring them, ridiculing them and/or labeling them mentally ill. Which is exactly what they tried to do after 2016 with the Havana Syndrome affected diplomats, CIA officers, ... It is only that a large number ended up with permanent neurological problems, and activism from affected personnel, politicians, attorneys, and some medical doctors and scientists, otherwise the story would have ended here as well.

This meant that big part of the Western elites were no longer safe. So it was like join them, or get kicked out. This is why we see that all Western governments are saying the same things, all mainstream media channels are saying the same things, total surrender to the ones that control this weaponry. Again, main players are the United Kingdom (Western New World Order), United States (overt war machine), Israel (covert war machine), run by MI6, CIA, MOSSAD. This was a massive power grab by the "new tech" elites. But this may not work out well ...

About AI, the replacement of people and your brain data

AI is still in its infancy, knowledge does not mean intelligence let alone creativity. Generative AI, predicting the next words based on previous and existing texts, is not new. It is the technological advances in computer hardware, GPUs from Nvidia, AMD, that made widespread use possible. At the moment of writing this, AI has the reasoning of a child of 11 years old, with an enormous memory. The last five years not much advances were made in reasoning. To generate better answers they use parallel computing, which can be viewed as giving the same question to many 11-year olds, and selecting the best answer. Stakeholders want profits and see progress, meaning less attention on reasoning and more parallel computing, more datacenters. In summary, the quality of answers of AI is improving but this is not caused by improvements in reasoning.

Slowly the people are (finally) starting to understand that AI is coming to replace them. For thousands of years the elites needed people, slaves, to work for them and pay taxes. Today, for the first time in history, this has changed. But governments tell their citizens nothing about this. Companies already starting to lay off workers to please shareholders. Doing the same work with less people using AI. To facilitate this, much more datacenters are needed. That is why you are seeing an explosion in new datacenters being planned and build. So when you see, or read about, a new datacenter, then understand that this is equal to X jobs that it replaces, can be yours tomorrow, where X is equal to 1000 or more.

AI is also being used to decode our brain data. They could already do this, but was very expensive. Today, this has become much more easy. They can read your brain data using wearable like headphones, earbuds, but also using other technologies, like infrared, ultrasound. Can they read your thoughts? In most cases we are talking about subvocal speech recording, sometimes also called silent sound. These are the words we say the whole day to ourselves without speaking. What happens here is that muscles, blood flow, are exactly the same as when speaking but the signals send to our 'speech muscles' are too weak to produce sounds. If you can "read" this then you have access to a lot of information, and it is close to mind reading. Yes, including codes of bank cards, secrets, etc.

But the story get's worst. The end of freedom of thought is close. Beginning of 2026, Apple acquired Israeli company Q.ai for US$ 2 billion. This company holds patents for optical sensor technology that can be built into headphones or glasses to recognize “facial skin micro movements,” allowing for non-verbal discussions with an AI assistant, for example. Apple plans to introduce this feature in its iPhones in 2027 or later. This allows you to control your phone just by thinking about you want next. This means that it can scans (part of) your face and neck ... the whole time. Where Siri had access to everything you say out load, your phone will have access to everything you "think". Wonderful.

Western democracy exposed by the internet, now what?

The biggest problem of "Western democracy" is that it has much more to hide than other countries. Beautiful from the outside but extremely corrupt, repressive, from the inside. This is caused by the fact that, compared to other countries, a much bigger part of the security system is hidden, a state secret. Many other foreign actors know this. And an increasing number will have collected sensitive data, by hacking those systems that hold this data. This means that "Western democracy" is extremely vulnerable to blackmail.

Even without the interference of other state actors, all their secrets are slowly being exposed, despite all surveillance and repression. Also, today, one USB-drive can be enough to bring a government down. But will the ones responsible for all the horrific crimes that were committed ever accept accountability? Will presidents of the U.S. go to jail? Will the CIA leadership go to jail? Of course not. Before being exposed they will probably burn down everything (or start new wars). Whatever, one thing is obvious and that is what they have in mind for us, the people. Your brain connected to the Cognitive Warfare computer. No privacy of thought, no free will, a mind prison for everyone. We cannot let this happen, we all must make an attempt to stop this madness. If we do nothing, then humanity-as-we-know-it will cease to exist. Save te children of the world!

Personal notes

Introduction

I have written a lot after my targeting started in 1997, which became 24/7 in May 2000. I also sent letters, organized meetings for victims, started human rights organization STOPEG. You can find my story on my websites. Some are in Dutch only. Connecting the dots was very difficult the first years because:

Like everyone else, I was brainwashed that I lived in a democracy that respected human rights;
This started all very long time ago and there was not much information on the internet about this;
Of all the secrecy in Western democracy.

After many years I found documents, from Dutch government organizations, that directly relate to my case and that of many others. When hell broke loose in May 2000 I considered several options on what to do, should I stay or should I leave. For family reasons I decided to stay, which meant I also had to fight this. Directed Energy Weapons were used from around 2000, first to create sounds in my home, from around 2003 covertly to break my relationship, friendships, very subtle, from around 2004 more openly, like to create stomach pains, headaches, stings, and after I moved in 2006 to another location, also neuro attacks started, and starting in November, the evening of the parliamentary elections in the Netherlands, the attacks with Directed Energy Weapons changed for the worst, and they were literally cook me out of my home. All these years I was under 24/7 surveillance, never alone, always people around me, followed by cars, no more privacy, constructed car accidents, provoking me to do things you normally would not do, manipulation of my communications, disruptions of my computers. Depriving me of sleep for months.

From 2000 they started, what I call, Torture-By-Synchronization, meaning reacting immediately (!) to everything I did, with everything. The number of reactions is easily 400 a day. This never stopped and continues to this day. The most disgusting thing is to react to changes in my breathing. Like everyone, there are moments when you just look in front of you, without really looking, take a short break. At such moments, your breathing often stops for 1-2 seconds. These moments are immediately reacted to by sounds, like car horns, people shouting, closing trash bin lids, screeams, you name it, but also with incoming SMS-messages, email popups, internet disruptions, etc. all perfectly timed, and later also beams, stings, and things like burping, farting, sneezing, coughing, yawning, etc. This is a continuous total overload of your senses. Internet: Torture through sensory overload. Mostly psychological torture, but with Directed Energy Weapons they may also cause instant pain, or other effects like tearing your eyes. And this never stopped and continues today, wherever I am. This is apart from all other torture I am subjected to. Last year, in 2025, after 25 years of 24/7, often horrible, torture, I decided to do something else.

How it started and how I became an experiment

The beginning is very important, and also explains the term 'Gang Stalking'. Because this just started out-of-the-blue, I had no idea who was behind it. I just wanted my money and And it appeared that this is the same for many people attacked these ways. It could be a group (yes, you can call it a 'gang') related to the last company I worked for. This was a startup company, initiated by one of the richest people in the Netherlands (he was in the 'Quote 500'), specializing in IT outsourcing, remote IT management, that had to go to the stock exchange in two years. I will not go into all details but there was a very strong connection with the U.S. (CIA, NSA?). One of the Americans working there joked that he had a friend working for the NSA and that he asked his friend how he could reach him, and his friend had aswered: "You pick up a phone, any phone, and say my name. Wait some time and I will answer." Remember, this was in 1997. Money was never a problem. The idea was to spend some 20 million, and cash at initial public offering some 40 million. Not bad. I left there with a dispute after a year. I asked them to pay me the money in my contract and they refused. Then I took them to court and won. Nothing special for me, I just wanted to move on.

After winning the case, when looking for work, I got strange responses, feedback, from agencies. Peter, what did you do, what did you say? I had no idea what they were talking about. Had a good talk at a company but when I called, they told me the job was no longer present. So, strange things started happening. And then one day, when walking in the center of the city where I lived, suddenly a man in a suit, dressed like a business man, walked to me, stopped in front of me, looked me in the face and said: "I can never work again". Then he disappeared. I was flabbergasted. This was the start of what I soon called 'My little movie'. Me being the main character, it is still running and it does not have a happy end (so far).

So, who was doing this? We are all brainwashed that our government would never do such things, they respect human rights, they do not torture, right? That is what they preach the whole day anyway. I was really confused, and very angry as well. Who were these idiots doing this? If this was connected to my previous employer, I only wanted my money and start somewhere else. Just leave me alone. I was also late with filing my taxes, but the government owed me (a lot of) money, and I also had a controversial website, 'fools', where people could post their stories. Remember, this was in the beginning of the internet. There were many controversial websites.

Slowly you start to realize how big this is. It is not only in your home, it spreads to your work, to other places you go, other cities. You receive no letters about this, no call from the police. Your communications, phone, computers, start being manipulated. They crash, do not work at very specific moments. Your mobile phone loses connection, your Internet goes down, all at very specific moments. You get feedback by people passing, or emails, repeating words you said on the phone in your home. In the evening you close the curtains, but everthing continues. So I was being bugged, people listened to me, looked at what I was typing on my computer. Not difficult if you have the proper equipment. Then you understand you are being provoked to do things that may implicate you. Young women around you. Someone, a person I knew already many years, turned into some kind of handler, asking you to copy, meaning steal, data from a company. Many actions, disruptions, were done in such a way suggesting other people were actively involved. Some were, others probably had no idea.

I can go on and on, but what I want to make clear here is that my behavior in the beginning was very much based on confusion and anger because you simply do not know who the ones are doing this. Only after three years, a few months after all hell broke loose in May 2000, I concluded that it only could be government (related) agencies, contractors. Nobody would go through all this trouble, spend all these resources, and not murder you. I could only conclude that the intention of all these attacks was that I would give up. That I would collapse and sit in a corner waiting to be saved. Besides that, the things happening became too big. Blocking highways, creating accidents, all for me. It was like somebody was using a book, a script, next page, next page, etc. Everything illegal, everything against the law. This makes this even more shocking and disgusting. From May 2000 to 2005 I was just hanging on to life. Every day I said to myself that there would come a day where my brain would have adjusted to this non-stop torture, and I would be able to do more than just surviving. And then, slowly the Directed Energy Weapons attacks increased, which became suddenly devastating and 24/7 in 2006 after I moved to a new location.

In the beginning I forced myself not to search the internet for what was happening, while I knew that I could not be the only person getting such a treatment. The reason is that I wanted to write a letter first to the government, without being influenced any informaton from the 'outside'. Writing this was very difficult, who would have thought you should ever write such a letter. In 2002, while I was under this tremendous pressure (torture), I wrote a letter to the Prime Minister of the Netherlands Balkenende, in which I accused secret services operating in the Netherlands from doing this to me, and yes I called them murderers. I got a reply that they passed the investigation to the homeland secret service AIVD. After some months I received a reply that my case was investigated and nothing could be found that confirmed my claims. End of story, or not?

Years later I learned of the 'Brede Benadering' (Broad Approach), a method developed end 1990s by the Dutch Homeland secret service AIVD. See: Nationale Contraterrorismestrategie 2016-2020 . This is a co-operation of many government agencies and partners to target a person. So what I think happened was the following. The Dutch secret service developed this method end 1990s. They needed people on their list. Because of the company I worked for, and how I left, or for whatever reason, I was selected as a candidate. I was provoked endlessly but never entered their 'game'. I almost collapsed, but not fully. And because I kept walking around, I was eligible for extra treatment, covert directed energy attacks. But again I did not (fully) collapse. Then it was decided that I would become a test subject, an experiment for Directed Energy Weapons testing and Neuro Weapons testing. Wonderful.

If I must summarize what is being done, then it is the total destruction of your life. Every nice, good, beautiful, thing in your life must be destroyed. Character assassination. And because I do not move, do not run away, I am a sitting duck, a punching bag. The whole day and night punched, here, there, everywhere. In my living environment.

About the ones doing this

No, they do not care if you commit suicide out of despair. And yes, they involve the whole world, everyone, including children, to break you, they do not care if other people or children get hurt. Many years later I found the document Toolbox Persoonsgerichte Aanpak High Impact Crimes - Openbaar Ministerie van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport - 2012 (Bijlagen IV. Voorbeeld interventiematrix (Excel) en V. Handleiding interventiematrix) , which contained a limited number of things they did and still do, like attacks on social media, taking your children away, etc. All human rights violations. This document has been removed from the internet. The fact that I can refer to a document about High Impact Crimes, that lists a number of the methods used aganst me, is insane: I never committed any crime. The only things I did were:

Surviving all their horrific attacks.
Writing down everything they did and publish this on the internet.

The lives of the ones doing this are just one big long sequence of horrific crimes. How many lives have been destroyed, how many innocent people have been murdered these ways? Yes, I call the ones doing this murderers, they aim to cause your mental of physical death, they don't care how. In my 2025 letter to the Director of National Intelligence of the United States PDF I wrote: "I cannot stress enough that the ones who experiment on, attack and torture, civilians including children, with this weaponry, are totally deranged, sadistic perverts, committing crimes that belong to the most heinous crimes in history, a disgrace to humanity. On the internet you can find many victim horror stories. Many suffer, many have died."

I call the ones involved and participating, the Failed Human Beings. They create their own twisted fantasies, and want you to follow this. Bang thoughts into your head. Create pain in your body. Create situations. Pathelic losers, twisted minds, but then, what do you expect when you do such things for a living. They have no idea of real life, of feelings, of love. They know nothing. This also becomes very apparent when they react to your thoughts. At times, they also read my thoughts, meaning subvocal speech (the words we say to ourselves the whole day, without actually speaking). A person can have many thoughts, but some are far more important than others. They often have no clue.

Finally, it is important to understand that this a multi-layered system, some call it multi-domain. For example, the people driving their car to make sure there is a car at every intersection you pass, probably have no idea that they are just one of a group of people doing this same thing. And most will have no idea that at the same time you maybe horribly attacked with Directed Energy Weapons. They probably never heard of these weapons anyway. But, if they are repeatedly co-operating, they will get curious, and may find all kinds of information on the internet that they may be attacking totally innocent people, and that they are part of a system that 'murders' people.

4. About traumas

Am I traumatized? Yes. But how bad is it? Do I have split personalities? No. Do I know Targeted Individuals who have been traumatized? Yes. But how bad is it? Do I know Targeted Individuals with split personalities? No. Most real Targeted Individuals I know are kind, friendly, emphatic, people. I also know fake TIs, and there is certainly something very wrong with them. Like there is also something very wrong with all people working and volumtarily participating in targeting.

So how bad is it? Very bad. Writing and speaking truth costed me a lot. I suffered and suffer. Often I dragged myself to the next day. I am not a person who quits easily, and I have no intention to quit with anything. After all these years, I know (almost) all 'tricks' (torture). But the 24/7 torture can be extremely tiring, exhausting. And there are periods of many months where they do everything to prevent me from sleeping. This means there is some sort of restarting every time. Anyway, I consider it a miracle that I am still alive and can write this down. At certain moments it looked like there was an angel that was protecting me.

I have tried to identify a number of traumas that are the result of these attacks. I do not know exactly how to define trauma, so read this as things that have a serious impact on my life. And because the attcks never stop, you cannot really recover. Below, I will not go into describing all my attacks, I have written a lot about them already. Despite the impact on my life, I believe that I did not really change as a person, which I consider my biggest victory over them.

Unforgivable crimes and hatred

1. Trauma: Self-isolation, social distancing

I am extremely afraid that people around me get hurt, or being involved, by the criminals that attack me. Yes, they deliberately attack people, children, pets, around you when are a victim. To isolate you and to depress you. They do this with and without Directed Energy Weapons, Neuro Weapons. I have experienced everything. Attacks on people around me, including children, and on animals. From beatings, short zaps to headaches, stomach aches, you name it, in one case, close to me, leading to death. Unprovable of course. And, because this is through-wall technology, you cannot protect them when they are using Directed Energy Weapons, Neuro Weapons, even when they are in your home. A house is not a safe place anymore. They have done this many times and the reason is of course that you will self isolate, keep distance. Which I did, immediately from the beginning, you do not want other people, children, to get hurt.

The attackers also involve people, including children, and ask them to do things, say things, etc. They involve everyone if necessary, they don't care about people, children, animals. They also suggest that persons are participating in these crimes while many have no idea. I know that in a number cases the person that was targeted, got very angry and attacked people he thought were involved.

To conclude, I am not afraid for myself, but I simply do not want these things to happen to people. About people that co-operate, they just follow orders, do what they have been asked, many have no idea that they are participating in horrific crimes. The attackers never stopped asking people around me to participate, they don't care. All they care about is saving their own ass, trying to avoid life time sentence. And they are also old-fashioned. They have been doing this, murdering people, for decades, but then "suddenly" there was the internet, and everything they do today is being exposed. Like the governments of Western democracies, they do not know what to do anymore. Anyway, the attacks are on-going, and never stop, meaning that there is no way to recover from this.

2. Trauma: Never a moment of peace / Total loss of privacy, not even in your head

Anoher trauma has to do with the fact that you never have a moment of peace. And when I say never, I mean never! I am watched, monitored, 24/7 non-stop, second-by-second. I estimate that 60% of all attacks are automated, meaning 40% done by a person watching you. I have written before that I am connected to some sort of 'mind control computer'. Literally everything I do is reacted to. And this includes when my breathing stops for a few seconds when looking without looking, as we all do a number of times a day to relax, to reset. And with this 24/7 surveillance and directed energy weaponry, they can react everywhere, anytime. Open a web page, click Save to save a document, stand up to walk to the kitchen, pass a door, get in your car, get out of your car, you name it.

For the record. This has nothing to do with the self-fullfilling prophecy, or being psychosomatic. This is just one of the many very advanced secret (!) methods of torture today. Jack Murphy, National Security journalist & Army Special Operations veteran described some methods that were used against Havana Syndrome affected U.S. diplomats and CIA officers and called this "surveillance harassment", but it is better to call this "surveillance torture". And he also mentioned that when you try to describe this kind of surveillance to someone, you sound like someone who is suffering from paranoid schizophrenia. This is how the system in Western democracies "silences" whistleblowers, opposition, victims of human experimentation, etc. See also the Luke Harding article in The Guardian (2014): Writing The Snowden Files: 'The paragraph began to self-delete' .

This also is related to what the police in the Netherlands call: "Letting a person know that he is under surveillance". But then into the extreme. There were two court cases in the Netherlands, in 2005 and 2006, where the police did such things. Here the Dutch government tried to legalize (psychological) torture. The persons under surveillance were very scared because a police car stopped every few hours in front of their home. They never received a letter, or had been contacted by the authorities, that they were a suspect in some case. It just started one day. After a great deal of criticism from human rights lawyers and members of parlement, the Minister of Justice promised that they would not do this anymore, they would only use a 'light' version he said. Of course they did not stop doing this. They started using unmarked cars, I have experienced this many times.

Besides looking at me the whole day, and monitoring my breathing, they also monitor my brain activity. For example, when in bed, with my eyes closed and relaxed, when I move my eyes, this is immediately reacted to.

And if this not enough, they also monitor my thoughts (subvocal speech), although I believe they do not do this all the time. A few times a day, a week, is enough for you to freak out. No privacy, not even in your head. Insane. If they only monitor your thoughts then you will not know this. They let me know this by reacting to the things I think of. And even if they can only interpret 10-20% of your thoughts (I believe it is much more) then this is enough to drive you crazy. The last thing you thought was private is no longer private.

When I say that they can read your thoughts, I mean that they can decode (parts of) your subvocal speech. Subvocal speech, sometimes also called Silent Speech, are the words we say the whole day to ourselves without actually speaking. What happens here is that everything, like muscles movement, is identical to speaking, but the signals to the speech muscles are too weak generate sound. There are several ways to record this remotely. One is with infrared, here is a demonstration by university students: Silent speech device developed by Cornell Students . In a few years time this technology will be available to everyone. Starting probably in 2027, Apple will add "thought-reading" to their new phones and earbuds using the "Silent Speech" tech from Israeli Q.ai they acquired beginning of 2026 for $2 billion. Again, this is not real thought reading but recording micro movements from the face. The tech captures words we are saying the whole day to ourselves without speaking. Which can reveal many of our secrets. You clicked 'I consent' right? Wonderful.

Reading, and decoding, your thoughts is not easy, it requires a transmitter and receiver, and expensive in computing power. At least compared to inducing thoughts, which only requires a transmitter. They can induce thoughts that can be very difficult to distinguish from your own thoughts. And using induced thoughts, they can make you believe that they are reading your thoughts. Example: First they induce a thought about Amnesty International, and a few moments later they have you called by a callcenter where the person asks if you want to make a donation to Amnesty International. Here, your thought was not read, they simply induced a thought, and when this happens a few times, you start believing that your thoughts are being read. But I believe, I know, after evaluating this a lot of times, that my thoughts are being read, but not the whole time. Pretty horrible anyway when they let you know.

In the beginning they try to sensitize you to many things. In May 2000 they sensitized me to a car horn. For three days, when cars passed my home, there was a car horn. In the beginning you notice something is different, then you understand what is going on, then you get scared. Who is doing this? Anyway, this was then used to let me know I was followed. When I walked into a shop, car horn somewhere, out of a shop, car horn somewhere, etc. Everywhere. Because they (partly) know what I am thinking of, they also often disrupt my thinking, with sounds, beams. Pretty horrible and disgusting. They use sounds, but also Directed Energy Weapons to make me burp, fart, sneeze, cough, make my stomach rumble, cook, burn, sting, vibrate, my body, They call me, send me emails, attack me with troll accounts, or fake victims. They induce thoughts, emotions, remote electrocution causing spasms, creating urge to urinate or defecate, you name it. Everything perfectly synchronized to what I do, think.

I call this Torture-By-Synchronization. Extremely tiring, and they do it everywhere. Also when you are with other people. The number of reactions is easily 400 a day. If that is not enough they hack and manipulate my computers, phones, or just unleash Directed Energy Weapons torture on me, like cooking body parts, burning sensations, flashing my eyes (blurred vision), controllng my erection, headache, stomach ache. kidney pain, forced urination, defecation, you name it, they did and do it.

Again, because the attacks are on-going, and never stop, there is no way to recover from this. And even if the attacks would stop, can you recover from the fact that your thoughts are no longer private?

3. Trauma: Living on borrowed time

That I am alive and can write this down, is a micracle. I survived many constructed car accidents. And they keep trying to involve me in a car accident, never ended. I also survived an endless amount of almost death experiences. In 2006 they decided to literally cook me out of my house. When you blast the upper body with high power microwaves, then the air, moist, inside your lungs heats up, much quicker then other body parts. Hot fluid is coming out of your throat, and you really feel like being cooked alive. Typically it starts with a burning sensation on for example your back. This is followed by the cooked-alive feeling. If the beam is powerful enough you also have a burning sensation on the other side of your body, where the beam leaves. During the attack you may fall or laydown, and hope they will stop the beam. Typically, your breathing gets very difficult when they do this, and it can take hours before your breathing becomes more normal again.

They also pressurize your chest, from the front or from the back. If you do not know, you may think you have a heart attack. Tremendous pressure. Breath taking. And then there is the vibrating, twisting, of your bowels. Once this starts you feel like everything inside is being twisted like a holding a hose with both hands and turning backwards with one hand and forward with the other hand. In all cases you may go down on the floor, because of the insane pain. Many times I wondered if I would be alive after 30 seconds. For two years I tried to protect myself, and it helped, but only for a few days. Then they adjusted frequencies, intesity, modulation, and it started again. After two years I decided to remove most protection and said to them, murder me if you want, fuck you. I never called 112 (911) when I was down on the floor. Once I heard a car driving away very fast, yes, they probably thought I was dead. All this is also done when I am outside, even in the middle of a deserted forest. There are always aircraft around (above) me. I guess they shoot from these aircraft as well. This is just small part of the torture they do, but these types have to do with dead or alive.

So here I am, still alive, not dead, and that's a miracle. It is weird to think of this. Some things matter far less when you have experienced this. I still care about many things like I used to, I always cared about many things, always cared about people, but sometimes, concerning my own life, I have something like, who cares. Maybe a better description is that I am more relaxed (too relaxed?) less stressed, although I am not a person who gets stressed easily, I don't know.

4. Trauma: Pain is relative, there is always more

And how about pain? There is physical pain and mental pain. Targeting, trauma-based mind control, is very much about pain, torture is about pain. Some people call this the maximum pain business and this is correct in many ways.

About the physical pain, this is caused by Directed Energy Weapons. I have had over the top physical pain so many times. I tried to protect myself, but then after a few days they adjusted the frequency, modulation, intensity, and passed my shielding. At a certain moment I said, it is enough, murder me if you want to, I don't care. And I removed most of my shielding. I have been many times on the floor with maximum pain wondering if I would be alive after 30 seconds. I am still here, which can only mean that pain alone cannot kill you.

And then there is the mental pain. This is far more complex, because there are many aspects. Prominent is the inability to protect people you love, you care for, and just around you. You see, know, that people are attacked, and you cannot do anything. You cannot talk about what is happening to them because they would be totally confused. Cognitive dissonance. The government does not do such things right, and nobody ever told them about this. The same for people who are involved by the attackers. Many have no clue. The attackers use lies, or their job position, to make them co-operate. There is not much you can do here. The only thing is that lies typically hold only some two years.

It is also about loosing people, friendships, opportunities, your whole life is turned upside down. Every good thing in my life must be destroyed, meaning that it is almost impossible to start new friendships or relationships. They are always there, trying to interfere, either by hacking into for example dating systems, or by aproaching people you like, either direct or indirect. And the whole time you must be aware of fake persons, fake victims, who may steal your time or trying to depress you.

I have come to the point with pain, either physical or mental, where I say: "Pain is relative, there is always more." I have had enough pain, I am not afraid for pain, pain is the least of my problems. And in case you think that I wil take more risks because of this, more than other people, no I do not. I am always careful, within limits, I am not looking for pain. Summary: Although you get used to pain, there is something that is not normal here.

5. Trauma: Rape and mind rape

They can also physically rape you remotely with these weapons. You may call this just another torture methode, but this is one step further. This is a subject we, in general, do not want to talk about. Countless times they 'beamed' in my anus, mostly when in bed. They can also control you sexually. And I am a man, they can create an erection, or make my erection go away. The latter is a major problem of course. I experienced this for the first time in 2006 when I met a woman whom I instantly fell in love with (later I concluded that this was a setup, an experiment), I never had a problem with sex, but suddenly, after I entered the woman, my erection would disappear. After some time my erection reappeared, tried again, with the same result. After six times I gave up. A few weeks earlier I had read an article that they were able to control your erection remotely. I did some testing using viagra, but this did not really work ... did not have much oppertunity to test this ... Later, when I was in a relationship with another woman, I learned to keep full control over my brain during sex, and immediately abandon any distracting thoughts. This is how I learned having sex again ... and enjoy it. But this is totally not normal of course.

Of course this is not the end of the story because I am not allowed to enjoy anything, and this includes sex. They already tried to disrupt this years earlier. The moment me and a woman were about to have sex, a noise campaign started. Slamming doors, car horns, incoming phone calls, drilling, you name it. But starting in November 2006, when they started cooking me literrally out of my home with these Directed Energy Weapons, they also started using this to attack me when I was having sex. Not only in my own home, but also in other homes, and even when outside. And so I learned to have sex while being cooked alive ... and enjoy it, despite the pain. Insanity.

Then there is mind rape. Meaning that they try to mess with your mind the whole time.

Meerloo expresses the attitude of the majority of psychologists in calling it 'mind rape,' and warns that it poses a great 'danger of destruction of the spirit' which can be 'compared to the threat of total physical destruction . . .' ... [p. 23]

When all hell broke loose in May 2000, I was trying to explain to friend what was going on. Although I mentioned some methods that were used, the main words I spoke were: "They are trying to enter my mind, and I am fighting to keep them out."

Example: Suggestion X (positive), suggestion Y (positive), then nothing, or the opposite (negative). This was mostly the first 10-15 years. Trying to make you happy, giving you hope, then destroying this totally. Yes, trauma-based mind control at its best. Everything to depress you, to break you. I thank God that this did not start when I was much younger. I already had some 20 years of adult life experience, giving references for recovery. If you are in your teens or twenties you are far more vulnerable. It is very difficult to reset and restart every time. In the beginning I also had the idea that I was part of a group of people who had to commit a serious crime, like murder someone. At that time, 2001-2002, I had not read much about this, so I did not know how I got that idea. This is just how it felt.

I also want to mention here: Theft. Yes, they steal everything, your thoughts, your ideas. They have many people, victims, connected, and all these people generate thoughts on all kinds of subjects. Or, they create the subjects themselves and trigger their victims, by emails, induced thoughts, other people they involve, to research, evaluate these subjects. This is like the hive mind. I have had several ideas that after some weeks, months, were promoted by the government or a company in some form. I must add here that, once I knew what they doing, I tried not to give them all my thoughts, ideas. Often it was as simple as changing the things I was working on, distract yourself. I also believed that they were looking for things that I would do if I wanted to get back to them. I am not a terrorist, but I certainly speculated what a person could do to hit back hard. They strengthend some infrastures but I consider it too much 'honour' that it was me who suggested this. It was the time of (false flag) attacks in the UK and France after 9/11.

This all is still going on. I don't care talking and writing about the physical rape. About the mind rape, this is not very effective anymore. I know what they try to do, I am prepared. But it is still insane.

6. Trauma: Living in the Matrix feeling

The problem is that I did an enormous amount of research on all these topics, and because of that, I know a lot. Besides that, I experienced a lot, and because I survived, I can talk and write about this. I know who they are, I know the people they involve, I know what they do. For example, just open a news website. You see stories, events, incidents, they created. Winners, losers, they create them, you name it. This is a weird feeling because on many moments in your life you do not want to think of this too much. But when you are outside, for example in a city, all these people walking around, you cannot suppress thinking for example of the film the Matrix. You are walking there with all this knowledge about this illusion that is called "Western democracy" and all these other people know nothing. I can compare this because 30 years ago I also knew "nothing". I am in the real world, but also in the Matrix. Should tell them? Knowing this will turn your world upside down. Nothing will be the same anymore. Who am I to tell them, the ones who know nothing, things that will change their life forever. Most people just want to live a simple life, have a family, friends, be happy.

In the beginning, I could not believe such evil existed. It took me a year before I could accept that this was done by government agencies (and their contractors). Idiots just experimenting on and murdering innocent people, and for what? For a little money? Weapons development? False flags? How can you live with this? I believe nobody can live with this, you will end up with a twisted mind. Intelligence agencies often recruit people with twisted minds anyway, and in many cases they have created these people themselves. In 2011 I wrote an article: The normal people (we) at war with the mentally ill (them).

But today there are valid reasons to tell everyone at least something. The UNESCO (United Nations) is warning about the loss of free will, autonomy of thinking, privacy of thoughts, because of all rapid advances in neurotechnology, the brain computer interface, and Artificial Intelligence. They asked governments to take measures to preserve our autonomy. But the goverments tell their citizens nothing about this. just like they tell us nothing about the AI revolution that is going on, that is going to take away your job, your life. Instead, governments today they are introducing this technology in Criminal Justice. The thought police and the (1984) Ministry of Love (to big brother).

Fortunately I met a lot of victims and with some I still have regular contact. We talk about this, we write letters, we publish information and organize events.

Although it has become more easy to talk about these things, I am always careful. Many people simply do not want to know about this. I have a number of websites, and people can see that I am a person that knows a lot about computer and communications technology, that I can write software, maintain databases, etc., but also have a human rights organization. The "in the Matrix" feeling will never go away ... because that's where humanity is heading, at full speed. More people are waking up and begin to understand what is happening, but it is still a very small number.

7. Trauma: Missed opportunities

I consider myself a creative person. Computer technology is one of my passions. I could have achieved so much more if this had not disrupted my life. I am always looking for new, better, more easy. But without human costs like tracking everything a person does. I am a romantic person who likes to be in love (but only with the right person), in a relationship, have a family. This was made impossible. I was already separated when the targeting started, probably one of the selection criteria.

After hell broke loose in May 2000, I was thinking what to do. Came with the following options:

Go away, to another far away country.
But then I had to leave my (young) children.
Pretend to be a psychiatric patient.
Too risky.
Stay
This would mean suffering and fighting back.

My own childhood was far from perfect, father and mother (both very loving) far away, so I promised myself long time ago that whatever happens, I should be there for my children. As expected this apppeared to be extremely difficult after the targeting started. They did everything, and I mean everything to separate me from my children. I will not go into all details here.

Except this one. At a certain moment my lower legs suddenly developed second degree burns. huge blisters, all next to each other, filled with fluid. In the hospital they put bandage all around but in the weekend I went to hospital again because my legs were leaking. The weekend doctor asked what could be the cause and I mentioned that I was attacked with Directed Energy Weapons, and that this could have been a reason. Two weeks later I was called by a doctor who said: "Peter, what have you done?" I replied: "No idea, what do you mean?" He said: "You forgot your child." Which was a blatant lie. Then they sent Mental Health Netherlands (GGZ) to me, and later Child Abuse Netherlands (AMK, today Veilg Thuis). I already had STOPEG at that time and later they said that maybe I did not forgot my child but it was dangerous because of these weapons. I wrote them a letter mentioning that this was not the case and that children from rich, well-known, persons, were in far more danger. Case closed. Many years later, I requested all my documents from many organizations, also from the GGZ. Completely absurd information was in these documents, I will spare you the details, but the most important thing was that the hospital weekend doctor had said that I had forgotten my child, but also that she wanted nothing to do with it and that her name was not to be mentioned in the records under any circumstances. Crazy. I know that many people being targeted are separated from their partner and children, it is often a horror story, you cannot imagine, but I was lucky (and suffered a lot), despite everything that was going on, to be able to remain a father even after this started.

So, yes, a lot of missed opportunities. In return I got knowledge, and I met a lot of nice people I never would have met. When I was 16-17 years old and started to become more political aware, I was looking what was happening and asking myself: How can this system maintain itself? Why is there no real opposition? I concluded at that time that there was something very wrong, but I could not pinpoint it. Then you start studying and working and then children come, and all this time this remains some sort of background problem that you know you must figure out one day. Another related thing that always bothered me was unjustice in the world. How can we, in the Western world, live with all this excessive food, and material things, luxury, while a few thousand kilometers away, people are at war and//or starving to death? I was brainwashed, but not "good enough" and this probably also had very much to do with my parents. We never prayed before having dinner but they always (!) said we had to be grateful that we could have a meal today, and mentioned shortly what was going on in the world.

Again, yes, a lot of missed opportunities. Life has been some sort of every day fight when you wake up (after another night with torture). Good morning, and the torture and all other manipulation of your life continues.

8. Trauma: Unforgivable crimes and hatred

I consider the crimes that have been committed not only against me, but also against people around me, including children, and animals, unforgivable. I knew several people, including a child, that are dead now. Why? Why would you murder totally innocent people, children, animals. Yes, I consider driving people into suicide also murder. And why would you involve other people, children, in your crimes. This is only possible when there is something very wrong with you.

Already in 2007 I wrote that the attackers are murderers, pedophiles, child abusers and thiefs. If they were exposed and the people of the world would know what they did, then they probably would all be hanged. I am not about life and death. A life time sentence for these criminals is fine with me. I am not a religious person but I believe there is something, call it god. Every person on this planet knows the difference between right and wrong. That's the most basic thing in life, we are born with it. Wrong is simply bad things that people (can) do to you, easy, everyone knows this. This means you always know this when you do such things to other people. And because this is so basic, there may be some kind of reckoning when you die, a heaven and a hell? I hope this is true, it is certainly nice to think of.

To me, these crimes are unforgivable, and yes, I hate the ones attacking and involving people, including children, and animals. How many lives destroyed, how many deaths did they cause? Right from the start, I realized it could take years, maybe even decades, before the truth came to light. But this does not eat me. It is not prominent in my life. But if I had the chance to put them behind bars, I would definitely take it.

Extra goals in my life

Because of the targeting I have new, extra, goals in my life:

Exposing this horrible human experimentation program.
Trying to help (new) victims, although there is not much I can do
Trying to inform people what is coming, making them aware.

I have no illusion that this program can be stopped easily. It is well hidden, protected by national security, and exposure probably would mean the end of "western democracy". On the other hand, it is almost impossible to keep secrets today. In addition, one USB-drive is enough and there are adversaries of "Western democracy" who must have hacked computers with all information about this program and will use this to blackmail "Western democracies". And then there are people in "Western democracies" who know about this program and its goals, and want the ones doing this exposed. They understand that they will be next if they let this go on.

Helping (new) victims is mostly educating them. It is extremely difficult to connect the dots, especially the first years. Today there is a lot of information on the internet about this but there is a difference between knowing and understanding. And it is not only about attacks with Directed Energy Weapons. It is a full spectrum of attacks, multi-level, or multi-domain, see also Cognitive Warfare. Example:

In domain A: They see you want to write a letter about them and want to stop you.
In domain B: They mess with your internet connection.
In domain C: They have you called by a fake victim with an endless story.
In domain D: They distract you with strange sounds in your home.
In domain E: They use Directed Energy to make you feel dizzy so you must lay down.

Trying to get the ones responsible into prison is almost impossible but worth the try. This is mostly about writing letters, publishing information on the internet. I am just a tiny piece of resistance, but many tiny pieces can achieve a lot.

Today the goal of the program is much more clear than 20 years ago. The program was and is used to develop Cognitive Warfare programs. Cognitive Warfare is a multi-domain control system, with attack capabilities. They already have your data, in real-time, now they are connecting your brain. The result: A mind prison for everyone. Computers running our thoughts, our free will. We don't want this for our children, do we?

Summarizing, there are extra things to do for me in life. I think I spent at least half of my time on these new goals. In 2000 I decided to stay, not run away, and fight back. In 2007 I started a human rights organization. I continued, despite all the horrific attacks and torture intended to stop me. In a way, it feels as if I sacrificed myself. I know the impact of what I do is minimal, and that I am just one of the many people on this planet fighting for a better world. If you ask me the question today, was / is it worth it, I can only say: Yes. There is no other way.

Lasting physical problems

I always tried to stay healthy, meaning eating healthy, and doing sports. running, swimming, ... Of course they tried everything to prevent me from doing this. I had many attacks that had serious impact on parts of my body. But I believe I recovered every time from them. In some cases recovery took months. And of course they often do things to prolong recovery. Wounds should heal fast, but the microwaving and pulsed high power microwave prevents this or makes this worst.

There is one thing that is permanent. End of 2018 I was thinking of participating in the 2019 European Parliament elections. Then, beginning of 2019 I suddenly got very ill. Some sort of Psoriasis Gutata to the max. Whole body swollen, skin bursting open. Never had anything in my life. It took me some nine months to recover from this but I never fully recovered. There is something changed in my blood. Wounds do not heal fast anymore, small wounds, much blood, a mess. Thank you so much for poisening me. The 2024 I wanted to participate in the European Parliamentary elections again and they attacked my knees, and hips and legs, with the result that I could not walk (without extreme pain) for a two months. After the elections, the pain completely disappeared. Wonderful.

Why I am writing this

A few years ago they wanted me to shut up, to stop writing about the targeting. How do I know? Because they started intensifying their attacks when I published on the internet. Now, why would I shut up about this? The best years of my life have been destroyed, they not only attacked and tortured me relentlessly, day and night (still going on), but also attacked people around me, I personally know of several people who died, including a child. They criminalized many people, including children, by making them co-operate with their crimes. And they want me to stop? Me? I should stop? Gotta be kidding. They also contact me via people they can easily control, that say I should stop, that it cannot be so bad. That I should stop or some people may get angry ... really.

So where are the apologies, where is the rehabilitation, where is the compensation (which can never be enough)? Where are the promises to put an end to this inhumane program that causes so many innocent people to suffer? Where are the promises to stop this, soon for everyone, inhumane program?

Last year, after more than 25 years of 24/7 non-stop (often second-by-second) attacks, torture, I was tired, exhausted, and decided to do something else. I would have done this years earlier but that was not possible because of my personal situation. When selling my stuff before I left, they prevented some things being sold, I mentioned before they are also thieves. I walked for almost four months, some 1500 kiometers. I knew I had forced away all my sadness and anger for far too long. I needed healing but I did not know how exactly. The main thing I wanted was to let go, and see what would happen. Of course I was attacked the whole time. During walking I was often 'shot' (cooked alive) from the sky. When in my tent, or later when in hostels, their daily routine was to remotely electrocute me, with the focus on my legs and feet. This causes spasms that are very difficult to control. I was able keep the 'jumping' to a minimum. They also loved to make me fart and burp, and when you are in a room with other people you must suppress this as well. And of course other things like microwaving my hips, legs, feet, but not damaging enough to stop me from continueing the next day. There were some stalkers reacting to my thoughts, movements, but not every day.

This walking was very good for my physical but there was not enough time to think, I was too occupied with the daily routine of walking, eating and sleeping. With Christmas I returned to the Netherlands. I was extremely emotional. During the month in the Netherlands, besides the 'normal' attacks, they microwaved my feet that developed some kind of terrible skin trauma, They prevented this from healing, made it worst. They love to make things worst. After one month I left again, this time to stay a few months in Portugal. When I arrived I was still extremely emotional but that slowly disappeared. The first month the weather was bad and got very ill, some sort of flu. Then the weather got better. Am I healing? Can you recover from more than 25 years 24/7 often horrific torture, while everything goes on? I do not know. But I believe I did good to do something else. I was emotionally exhausted, and slowly feel better again, while the attacks continue (what else is new). At the moment of writing this, I am no longer emotional when thinking of the everything that happened. Probably I am more in control again. I know that for me, it is also very important to know the truth, to connect the dots, there were still some missing. And I did. I also knew that I needed to dig more into the mental damage that has been done. And that is why I am writing this. It will not solve the problem, it is only small part of what has been doen, but it feels good now that most of it is "on paper". I wanted to write about this, it took some time before I could, and now I am almost done. Done with writing this story that is, not with other things. Now I must pubish this and then start doing other things again. I am burning my (little) savings at the moment but I find my mental well-being at the moment the most important thing in my life.

Finally

Finally, to the government and security systems, STOP TORTURING, AND EXPERIMENTING ON, INNOCENT PEOPLE. This does not belong in society. All your lies and crimes have been exposed. The people you attack are not criminals, are not mentally ill, on the contrary. Targeting has become a big business without serious oversight, people with twisted minds pretending they do important work, making big money by destroying lives of innocent people. Everything in secret. More people on the list means more money. I compare this with an orphanage run by pedophiles.

You should have introduced more transparency decades ago, see also the home page of STOPEG. But you did the opposite and destroyed the illusion of "Western democracy". Because you all are old-fashioned, used to abuse of your powers, you do not know how to change. I know that many of you are afraid, that you all fear the truth. You thought you could get away with this, but you cannot. Because of the internet you know. Because of reading this you know. You know what you are and you have to live with this. In a (real) court of law where truth prevails, many of you would be sentenced to life. You cannot undo your horrific crimes, but it's never too late to change. Stop these crimes, acknowledge that what you did was wrong, and accept the consequences. Rehabilitate and compensate the victims. Start creating a better world. Save the children of the world. Not tomorrow but today!

P.S.1. Retaliation

Last January 2026 when I (again) tried to establish an address in the Netherlands, I was also asked via some channel by the usual suspects, how democracy could be improved. I did not answer, and they retaliated.

P.S.2. Directed Energy Weapons can be used also to:

Create sounds inside and outside your home ('plok' in plastic materials);
Discharge batteries of equipment like phones, watches;
Destroy light bulbs;
Destroy plants;
Make a dog bark, a horse jump;
Make pets vomit;
Disrupt your car's engine;
Etc.
And if you believe they can be used to control humans, then think of how they can control animals. Most prominent is pigeons, doves. They can make them follow you, fly over you, land close to you, etc.

NEW HISTORIC Havana Syndrome: witnesses were heard On May 8, 2024, there was a historic hearing in the US: "Silent Weapons: Examining Foreign Anomalous Health Incidents Targeting Americans in the Homeland". of the Homeland Security Subcommittee on Counterterrorism, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence. Three key witnesses, under oath, said among other things:
- Other causes like 'Mass Psychogenic Illness theory' are bs.
- These weapons exist for decades. And probably Russia and the US have been attacking each other's personnel for decades.
- These weapons can be small, even fit a backpack.
- There are many non-government people claiming they suffer from Anomalous Health Incidents / AHIs / Havana Syndrome.
- These weapons are designed to make the target feel like they're crazy, like they're imagining things.
- The CIA controls the information going out from the ODNI. It is licking it's own icecream, read obstructing the truth.
- These the information about these weapons is classified: "intelligence products derived from signals intelligence and thus properly classified"

NEW The Dutch Review Committee on the Intelligence and Security Services (CTIVD): The data processing operations are therefore unlawful. . Excerpt from the 2024 CTIVD report 'Toezichtsrapport nr. 76 over de aansturing van de inlichtingendiensten van de politie en de bijzondere dienst van de Koninklijke Marechaussee door de AIVD en de MIVD': "... Where reports are taken over about 'confused persons', the purpose of such taking over should be described. Based on the content of the (police) reports as illustrated above, the CTIVD can in no way establish a link to (risks to) national security. ... The data processing operations are therefore unlawful."
A few weeks after the release of this report Chairman Van Eijk of Dutch intelligence regulator CTIVD steps down because of 'disturbed relations'. The CTIVD consists of two departments: the Oversight Department and the Complaints Handling Department. The Oversight Department reviews the lawfulness of the tasks performed by the General Intelligence and Security Service (AIVD) and the Military Intelligence and Security Service (MIVD). According to a 4 March 2024 letter from outgoing prime minister Mark Rutte: 'Relations within the CTIVD board have been disrupted, and the current composition of the CTIVD offers no room for improvement.' On 15 May 2023, mainstream Dutch television network, RTL Nieuws, revealed that innocent people have been labeled terrorists and put on terrorist lists. The Edward Snowden leaks about the NSA spying on all of us are just the tip of iceberg. GANG STALKING = ORGANIZED MURDER

Gang stalking, often accompanied by electronic harassment/electronic torture, is used to cause the physical or mental death of the target. The target is driven insane and commits suicide, collapses into a psychiatric patient, commits a (constructed) crime. This is called premeditated murder, and the ones participating are murderers. Gang stalking is also called organized stalking but it is better to call it organized murder.

Many people experience some of the above once or a few times. The victims of these crimes experience this day-by-day, 24/7. Many events are synchronized to the victim movements. Often also electronic weapons are used e.g. to prevent sleep, create plock sounds.

ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT = ELECTRONIC TORTURE

Electronic harassment often is used to describe attacks with electronic weapons, like directed energy weapons (microwave weapons, sonic weapons), mind reading and mind control weapons. These weapons are used to manipulate, incapacitate, torture and murder, mostly to steal. Shooting, burning, cooking and mind reading and mind controlling people, including children with these weapons are crimes against humanity and horrible violations of human rights.

Where do gang stalking (organized stalking) and electronic harassment (electronic torture) come from? Illegal projects like COINTELPRO and MK-ULTRA performed by United States organizations FBI, CIA and others, officially stopped but in fact continue to this day. Gang stalking and electronic harassment are just advanced and much better versions. If you live in a NATO country then the same happens in your country by your national secret services.

To make things worst, the US Government signed into law the PATRIOT Act in 2001, which is nothing more than a declaration of war against the people of the world.

Sorry, no more enemies - why you are attacked

In the past, elite and secret services managed to expand and control because of the existence of enemies like communism. But now, there are no enemies left. The last enemy, communism, disappeared with the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1990. The people of the world evolved into decent persons, but the elite and secret services did not. They are still the same murderers they once were and can only maintain themselves by fighting enemies, by stealing and murdering.

So what to do if there are no enemies left? You create enemies! At world level, Iraq was created the enemy, then Afghanistan, now Iran, etc. At state level secret services have a continuous need for new agents, victims for (medical) experiments, victims to turn into murderers. So now without enemies left, almost random normal people are put on elimination lists and pointed terrorist, psycho, pedophile, etc. while they are not. These almost random normal people are mentally and/or physically murdered and in this process also new agents are recruited.

It is ironic that most people recruited are lower class and in fact are used to keep their own kind (the lower class people) poor and uneducated so they can easily be used by the elite and secret services for all kinds of dirty work.

People cookers and children cookers

Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) come in different flavours. Most used against people is the high power microwave weapon, this weapon can be regarded as a high power microwave oven. Irradiating a person with such a weapon is cooking a person alive!

Low intensity effects can be scratching, coughing, farting, etc. High intensity will make you really feel being cooked: the inside of your body feels cooking, skin burning sensations of approx. 30 centimeters diameter where the beam enters and leaves your body, gal coming out of your throat, heavy burping. A people cooker (I introduced the word people cooker in 2006) also is a creature (looks human but nothing human about it) pushing the buttons of these horrible weapons. And yes, not only do they attack innocent people but they cook children as well.

Many psychiatrists are criminals

The approvers of the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) IV, as well as the ones using this manual (like psychiatrists) or requiring a DSM diagnose (like health insurance companies) are criminals. This manual categorizes symptoms caused by (almost) not-to-prove harrassment as being symptoms of a mental disease. What a disgrace! Examples of such harrasment are non-technical people attacked by high-tech crimes, and attacks by secret police and secret services. In the latter case the attacks have been specifically designed not to leave evidence and consist of gang stalking methods and/or directed energy weapons, mind control and/or mind reading weapons.

Persons being attacked these ways will go the police but the police will say that they cannot help and that you should go to your physican. The physican will say that you can be given medicine to make you not see these things and send you to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist asks what your symtoms are, takes the DSM IV, soon V, and concludes you have a mental disorder while in fact there is nothing wrong with you! Many people that are attacked as described above will take the medicine that the psychiatrist advices, they can go nowhere and desperately hope this will reduce their unbearable pains.

Summarizing, we can say that in these cases the psychiatrist commits the following three crimes: 1) the psychiatrist does not recognize that perhaps you are attacked by sinister crimes, or does not try to find a solution based on the fact that you are attacked these ways 2) the psychiatrist prescribes medicine that immediately marks you a lifetime psychiatric patient and does not tell you this 3) the psychiatrist prescribes (most of the time) a medicine that has at least a small percentage making things worse, possibly even increasing the chance that makes you commit suicide (also note that no proof has ever been given that medicine solves the problem in these cases).

Psychopaths and failed human beings

A small percentage (1-2%) of the people on our beautiful planet is mentally ill, we call them psychopaths. Psychopathy is the most dangerous of all mental disorders. The essential empathy component is missing often resulting in the destruction of people, companies, countries, ... Psychopaths are parasites and would eat their own children to achieve their goals (or stay out-of-jail) because they just don't care. They failed as human beings and caught in their own web of lies the only thing that is left for them is to commit crimes day-by-day to stay out of jail, in fact confirming their own failure in life.

Very visible psychopaths can be found in our governments and at other positions with power, including our secret services and military. If you take for example Obama, Bush, Clinton, Panetta, Petraeus, Gates, etc. and check their behaviour against psychopathy syptoms lists then they will all score the minimum of required behaviours. They are responsible for the deaths of hundred thousands, for destroyed countries, and then for example Obama says on Januari 24, 2012 that 'everybody must play by the same rules'. This is just typical for psychopaths, express how powerful they are and never take responsibility for their actions.

Powerful psychopaths are very afraid being found out. So they create events to distract us, buy the media to brainwash us and lie to us. Also they make new laws, like the USA Patriot Act, not to protect them or their countries against terrorists (are there any terrorists anyway?) but to protect themselves against the normal people who just want to take them to court and jail them for all the horrible crimes they have committed, for all the deaths of innocent people they have caused.

I suggest we immediately send the mental heath care to these persons, to pick them up and make sure sure they stay in a mental institution for the rest of their lives so they cannot hurt other people anymore.

Electronic weapons

Electronic weapons are the terror of the 21 st century. The effects of these weapons outrange the effects of nuclear weapons. It is possible to torture and murder with electronic weapons without any evidence. From a distance and through walls one can invisibly cook or burn practically anything. An example is a microwave weapon, compare microwave oven used to cook meat at a distance with invisible radiowaves.

Your neighbour, the grass or the roses, children, etc. You can make someone falter giving a lecture or make someone unwell at any given moment. You can influence sporting competitions by creating injuries or worsen injuries. You can also irradiate entire residential areas. It is just a matter of putting up enough aerials and by using the right frequencies peoples mood can be influenced. Electronic weapons can also be used to monitor people everywhere and watch them through walls, to read their mind and to influence the weather.

THIS NOT SCIENCE FICTION!

Probably the most horrible consequence of these weapons is that you can NOT protect yourself, your children, your loved ones anymore. You can no longer say: stay in this room, you are safe here. Attackers simply look and burn through walls. Police cannot protect you, security services cannot protect you.

The technology to burn/radiate people is available today (compare microwave oven, cook with radiowaves), weapons based on this technology are increasingly used (google: microwave weapons victim) and are becoming cheaper and cheaper.

Gang stalking, also called (state sponsored) organized stalking, is a (the) method used by secret services to eliminate people. Gang stalking is mostly used in a combination with electronic weapons, at first by using very sophisticated monitoring equipment, which makes it possible to keep an eye on someone every second of the day, at a later stage hi-tech microwave weapons are used to burn = torture the target. It has become very easy to kill people using electronic weapons. This has nothing to do with state security but everything with mass murder. In effect secret services have degenerated into a depot of psychopaths and murderers.

Recognition and a total ban are vital for democracy

Governments should inform their national citizens thoroughly on these electronic weapons and should bring into force an official ban. Police should be equipped with facilities to track down abusers of these weapons. This ban should also and especially apply to national secret services. These services should go back to what they are supposed to do, which is not killing your own people but collecting intelligence and when they detect an offence they should inform the authorities. When people disagree on subjects they should speak to each other, discuss with each other and if this does not bring a solution, they can go to court. In this day and age it seems that people do not talk to each other anymore but immediately kill someone. Quite easy and quick. Furthermore these weapons make it very easy to come into possession of those things one wants to have very badly.

One dreads to think about what can happen when all kinds of people carry these weapons. In the US everyone has the right to possess a weapon, imagine people carrying around one or more electronic weapons ...

It cannot be proven so we just do it

Not only whistleblowers or people who are government-unfriendly, but also thousands of normal innocent citizens, are being finished off by secret services using electronic weapons and gang stalking worldwide every year. People are being driven out of their mind, driven to despair and they become suicidal, criminal or end up in a staged car crash or a psychiatric ward. The reason why is on the whole totally obscure. Stealing ideas, wanting to have a house in a strategic place, being used as human guinea pigs, being blamed for anything or personal motives, electronic weapons make it increasingly easy to kill people (physically or mentally) without leaving evidence. And in the hands of secret services these weapons are even more dangerous. These services are specialised in eliminating. Nowadays they use electronic weapons while in the past they used a knife, a bullet, poison or a car crash.

These weapons make killing someone more and more anonymous. It is not necessary to stab someone. Just to push a button in a room elsewhere is enough. The general thought is: it cannot be proven so we just do it. But it should not be like this. Torturing and killing with these weapons is horrendous and are crimes against humanity.

To all politicians of the world: STOP your national secret services

The only way to save the world is to stop your national secret services. Breaking laws and violating human rights in horrible ways has become a way of life. They are responsible for most problems in your neighbourhood, in your city, in your country, in the world. Make them responsible for what they are doing. Let them account for in detail, force them to open up their organizations for thorough investigations. Stop their funding if they do not co-operate. Replace directors and staff immediately by normal people for starters.

Airforce involved in stalking and cruel electronic torture of innocent people

It is very important to understand that many attacks are from the sky, i.e. from military aircraft, including helicopters, gliders, etc. Often they are not only aimed at you but also at some people surrounding you. But of course they can also attack you with installed equipment from neighbor houses or appartments. And they also have portable equipment, to look through walls and to burn and cook you, and mind control you. When you go to a hotel they just check in somewhere near and attack you from that location.

[March 18, 2011] (Reported by Peter Mooring) I am a victim since 2000 of gang stalking/organized stalking and electronic harrasment/(cruel) electronic torture. A number of years ago they also started following and stalking me with military aircraft where ever I go. I am also shot (often cooked alive) with very high power Directed Energy Weapons, e.g. microwave weapons, (also) when these aircraft are around. The visible military aircraft may or may not be involved in shooting me, but function to distract, but the least they do is stalk me which is serious crime. My minimum conclusion is that the person who arranged (gave the initial order) the military aircraft being above me, is a murderer.
