i am also a victim that is that strong they are trying to give me a heart attack and would love to have a chat asap

get your windows saturated in aliminium foil and your non structural walls and ceiling too.

Ive also been advised that metal sheets would work even better than foil. Try a scrap merchant. I found some down the road for two pounds each and they were anout 2m by 1.5m ! Couldnet beleive my luck.
