where abouts in the midlands are you? They are doing it from UAV's (remote controll helicopters, wuadroter type) Ive got twenty four UAV's flying about above my home 24/7 and im getting followed everywhere. How many UAV's`lights in the sky' have you got above you ?
Best time to look is at night when the sky is clear. They use laser beamed power and there is usually one big one with a laser mirror which is nuclear powered !
